He stated that he intended to expand on the solid basis that the present administration, led by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, had already established.

By expanding on the current foundations, I think it’s time to take Ghana to the next level.Together with you, I want to see Ghana achieve inclusive economic growth through using technology, data, and systems. The digital hub of Africa should be Ghana, in my opinion. In order to revolutionise the delivery of healthcare, education, and other public services, among other things, I want us to close the digital gap and use digital technology and artificial intelligence.

He also emphasised his 22-year journey, which included his time serving as the Bank of Ghana’s deputy governor under the Kufuor administration to the current administration, and his unshakable commitment to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and Ghana.

“I have worked diligently with you for the NPP and for Ghana over the past 22 years, starting when I served as the Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana, through our time in opposition, and now that we are in power.

“Throughout this time, I have made sacrifices for the party, defended the party in both easy and difficult circumstances, and I have never wavered or slacked. Never! Along with my unwavering dedication to our party and the administration in good times and bad, I have established a strong track record of success as Vice President, he said.
